DYO means “Defy Your Odds”, because everyday you wake up and abstain from alcohol is another powerful day for you. Odds may be against you, but are defying that voice that is telling you to drink again. We are here for you! We know that having DYO in your pocket when you need it can change everything. Open, mix it up and enjoy. You can use 8-10oz of water or carbonated water depending on your preference. The adaptogens and nootropics generally take affect after 15-30 minutes. Every ingredient was selected to help you feel great while either giving you energy to party all night or calm you so you can relax. You can also mix and create your own mocktails.
