Due to nationwide shipping delays, please allow for a few extra business days for your order to be delivered. Orders placed over the weekend or on recognized holidays will ship the next business day. Eligible orders will arrive within 3-7 business days from the date of shipment.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@drinkdyo.com or through our Contact page. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as they will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at support@drinkdyo.com, and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.

CANCELING OR MODIFYING ORDERS

We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships. However, once processing begins and a shipping label is created, we’re unable to cancel or modify your order. If this happens, you may still be eligible for a return after receiving the item.
For cancellations or changes, email us as soon as possible at support@drinkdyo.com with your name and order number.

EXCHANGES

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase and place a new order once the return is accepted.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
